1. What This Website Is

This is a private reference site. We operate on our own with no ties to any government office. We do not store official criminal records and we cannot pull records, run official background checks, or file documents for anyone.

The site identifies public record sources serving Glades County, such as the sheriff, the Glades Clerk, FDLE's Division of Criminal Justice Information Services, and the Florida Sexual Offenders and Predators Search. It also links to outside tools that may assist personal research.

2. Rules for Using This Site

You agree that you will not:

• Break any federal, state, or local law while using this site
• Use information you find here to stalk, harass, or threaten anyone
• Base hiring, housing, lending, or insurance decisions on content from this site
• Try to break into our systems or gain access you are not supposed to have
• Run bots, scrapers, or automated tools against our pages
• Do anything that slows the site down or blocks other people from using it

3. No Harassment, Stalking, or Discrimination

You may not use information found here or through a linked tool to stalk, harass, threaten, intimidate, or discriminate against anyone. Florida law governs use of the Florida Sexual Offenders and Predators Search, and misuse against a registrant may carry criminal consequences. Registry information supports public safety awareness, not vigilantism, employment blacklisting, or housing discrimination.

4. We Are Not a Consumer Reporting Agency

We are not a consumer reporting agency under the FCRA. We do not generate background checks, credit reports, or consumer reports of any kind. Neither we nor our advertising partners provide services built for screening job applicants, reviewing rental applications, calculating insurance rates, or judging creditworthiness. You agree not to use data from this site or any linked tool to:

• Decide whether to hire or fire someone
• Screen potential renters or housing applicants
• Judge creditworthiness or set insurance premiums
• Determine who qualifies for licenses, permits, or government programs
• Do anything else that falls under FCRA rules

For a regulated background check, use an authorized FDLE channel or a screening provider that complies with the FCRA.

Glades County Criminal History or its content partners owns the site's text, graphics, logos, and code. Written permission is required to copy, alter, distribute, or create derivative material from that content.
