About Glades County Criminal History

Glades County criminal records are divided among the Clerk of the Circuit Court and Comptroller, the Glades County Sheriff's Office, the Florida Department of Law Enforcement, the Florida Department of Corrections, and the Florida Sexual Offenders and Predators Search. This private resource brings those official routes together so readers can identify the correct record holder before starting a request.

Why We Built This Site

Florida offers several public access channels, yet each channel answers a different question. The sheriff maintains booking and originating law-enforcement material, while the Glades Clerk keeps filed charges, docket events, and dispositions. FDLE operates the statewide Computerized Criminal History system. FDC handles state custody and supervision records, and FDLE separately maintains the sexual offender and predator registry. We organize the official contacts, request steps, fees, and search links for these distinct offices.

What You Will Find Here

  • Agency contacts: routes to the Glades Clerk, sheriff, and Florida record systems
  • Official check explanations: the difference between FDLE name searches, staff searches, and fingerprint-based Personal Review
  • Record guides: how Glades County court, arrest, booking, and registry sources differ
  • Relief information: where Florida court-ordered sealing and expunction begin

What We Cannot Do

This is a privately run reference site, not part of Glades County, the State of Florida, or any court or law-enforcement agency. Those limits matter:

  • We cannot issue a certified court copy or official Florida criminal history
  • We cannot submit a public-records request or sealing or expunction filing for you
  • We cannot interpret a charge, warrant, or case as legal advice
  • We cannot retrieve an official record on anyone's behalf
  • We cannot promise that an agency's fee, contact detail, or process has not changed

Only the office that maintains a record, such as the Glades Clerk, the sheriff, or FDLE, can supply its official or certified version.

Search Partners

Outside providers power some search boxes. They control their results, prices, and services. We may receive a referral fee if a visitor follows one of those tools into a paid service, which helps support free access to these reference pages. We do not set partner fees or determine what their searches return.
