A name or place entered in a search tool is sent directly to the outside company operating that tool. The provider processes the request and supplies its results. We do not retain or log those search terms on our systems.

We do not keep, assemble, or sell a personal criminal-record database. The site explains how to reach official Glades County and Florida sources, including the Glades Clerk, the sheriff, FDLE's Division of Criminal Justice Information Services, and the Florida Sexual Offenders and Predators Search. We are not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and visitor data is not used to create consumer reports or third-party criminal histories.
